Paul Boerum is an experienced Senior Development Project Manager at Brilliant Corners, specializing in multifamily housing projects valued between $20MM and $60MM since August 2016. Responsibilities include managing all development phases, such as financial feasibility analysis, project proformas, design oversight, entitlement, financing, contracting, and construction management. Previously, Paul held positions as a Development Project Manager, overseeing residential care facility development for individuals with developmental disabilities in Southern California, and as a Housing Acquisitions professional, focusing on securing rental units for the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP) program. Prior experience includes a role as Program Coordinator at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation and in the Rental Department at the St. Paul Public Housing Agency.
