Rachael Pettiford has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked at adidas Group, initially as an adidas Team Assistant and later transitioned to roles such as NBA Team Services Account Manager, NBA Key Account Manager, and adidas Team Services Account Manager. In 2015, they joined MainGate Inc. as an Account Executive and later became an ECommerce Program Manager. From 2019, Rachael worked as an Independent Business Consultant before joining Inclusity, LLC in 2022 as a Facilitator. Starting in 2023, they took on the role of Customer Engagement Specialist at brightwheel. Throughout their career, Rachael demonstrated their versatility and adaptability, contributing to different aspects of business operations and customer engagement.

Rachael Pettiford earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington, which they attended from 2005 to 2010.
