In 2011, Margherita Posillico began their career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, a role they held until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the General Manager at Fairweather Cider Co. Starting in February 2020, Margherita joined brightwheel as a Sales Development Representative, before transitioning to an Inside Sales Representative role in July 2021. Finally, in December 2021, they were promoted to the position of Inside Sales Manager at brightwheel.

From 2009 to 2011, Margherita Posillico attended the Swedish Institute a College of Health Sciences, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage.
