Helen Gleadow has extensive experience in customer operations and management, currently serving as Customer Operations Manager at Brightwell Dispensers Ltd since March 2007, where previous roles included Senior Operations Controller. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager at VTS Doeflex from June 2004 to December 2007, overseeing office management, production planning, customer service, and key account management. Additionally, Helen held the position of Area Service Manager for TUI from March 1999 to September 2001, managing areas for Simply Ski in Courcheval and Simply Sardinia in Sardinia, Italy. Helen Gleadow holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian from the University of Hull and studied at Università degli Studi di Perugia.
