Rachel Pellissier has over 9 years of experience in the senior living industry. Rachel began working at Five Star Senior Living in 2012 as a Lifestyle Director and held this role for 5 years until 2017. In 2017, they joined Brightview Senior Living as a Business Office Director, overseeing their office operations. Later, they were promoted to the position of Regional Director of Business Operations in October 2021.

Rachel Pellissier attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Policy and Administration.
