Chelsie Thomas currently serves as the Associate Director of Development at Women Helping Women of SW Ohio since August 2023. Prior to this role, Chelsie held various positions at SAFE on Main from August 2015 to August 2023, including Director of Community Engagement, Senior Prevention Coordinator, and Violence Prevention Education Coordinator. Chelsie also worked as a Corporate Adjunct Facilitator at Camp Joy from June 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included facilitating high adventure ropes courses for corporate clients. Earlier experience at Camp Joy from February 2012 to August 2015 involved roles such as Young Adult & University Assistant Manager and Outdoor Experiential Educator. Chelsie is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership Development with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Wright State University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University, earned in 2011.
