Jennifer Rayl has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and entrepreneurship. Jennifer is currently the Owner-President of BrightStar Care where they oversee all aspects of internal operations and is responsible for hiring and training staff. Previously, Jennifer was the Owner of RJ Rayl Corp, where they managed the office and employees and developed marketing programs. Before that, they owned and operated a home care company, Home Instead Senior Care, for 9 years, managing all aspects of employee recruitment, service management, marketing, and operations. Jennifer successfully grew the business to 4 offices and over 350 employees before selling the business.

Jennifer Rayl earned their Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1995. From 1991 to 1995, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 1999, they completed their Master's degree in Business/Health Care from Mount Mary University. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Pius XI from 1988 to 1991, however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
