Samantha Miller is a Senior Product Manager at Brightspot, responsible for managing cross-functional teams and client communications throughout the discovery, implementation, and launch phases for over 10 websites utilizing the Brightspot CMS. Key responsibilities include facilitating requirements gathering, maintaining high-quality product documentation, and overseeing software development lifecycle processes. Prior to this role, Samantha served as a Data Analysis Intern at Noodle Partners, where data collection and analysis were performed, and as a Cashier/Barista at The Pantry, developing customer service skills. Additional experience includes a Biomedical Design Internship at the Coulter Biomedical Engineering Design Lab, where Samantha modified medical devices and launched educational workshops. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and has pursued further education in Valencia.
