Tim Germann serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Carterra since 2017 and maintains roles as a Board Member at BrightSpec, Inc. since June 2024 and as an Advisory Board Member at MOBILion Systems, Inc. since 2022. Germann founded eXsilva Consulting, where service as Principal Advisor occurred from 2016 to 2018. Previous positions include COO/Chief Commercial Officer at RF Technologies from 2015 to 2016 and Vice President of Sales and Commercial Operations at Hill-Rom IT and Clinical Workflow Solutions from 2009 to 2015. Tim Germann earned a BS in Marketing and Finance from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and served as a Guest Lecturer at Princeton University from 2020 to 2022.
