Hetty Lowther is an accomplished professional in the Cleantech and Sustainability sector, currently serving as Principal Consultant for Hydrogen & Carbon at Brightsmith since August 2022, following roles as Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Researcher focused on Hydrogen and Energy Storage. Prior to this, Hetty held the position of President of the Newcastle University Equestrian Club and gained valuable experience as a Marketing & Business Development Intern at EQuerry Consulting Ltd, as well as an intern at the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi, where insights into diplomatic relationships and sustainable initiatives in the Gulf region were developed. Hetty is a graduate of Newcastle University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography, complemented by A-Levels in Geography, Psychology, and Biology from The British School Al Khubairat, and a strong academic foundation with 10 GCSEs from Plymouth High School for Girls.
