Cynthia Arceneaux, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an experienced People Business Partner at Brightree, where responsibilities include managing daily HR functions and providing consultation to management and team members on HR matters since April 2008. Prior to this role, Cynthia served as a Human Resources Generalist at Paragon Trade Brands from 1998 to 2002, where training management on interviewing techniques and overseeing all facets of HR, including employee relations and performance reviews, were key duties. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University.
