Hana Vrbovska has extensive experience in customer support and product specialization, currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Support Team and previously as the Team Leader of the Special Operations and Deployment Team at Brightpick since July 2022. Prior to this role, Hana held positions at Photoneo from April 2019 to July 2022, including Team Leader of Robot Vision Operations and Product Specialist, where responsibilities included managing software and hardware for 3D scanning devices, conducting user testing, and providing L2 support. Additional experience includes working as a Product Specialist at FONA Dental, focusing on dental CAD/CAM technology and client education. Hana Vrbovska holds a PhD in Biophysics and a Master's degree in Biomedical Physics from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
