Lem W. currently serves as the Head of Impact at both Brighton Jones and Lenora Capital since July 2023. Previously, Lem co-founded and held the CEO position at Possibility Labs from September 2020 to July 2023, and worked as the Deputy Executive Director - Strategy and Senior Director of Advancement at Movement Strategy Center from October 2018 to November 2020. Lem also founded Ujima Digital, where the role as CEO was held from January 2015 to May 2016, and served as a Brand & Growth Strategy Consultant at Lem White Consulting between February 2014 and December 2019. Additional experience includes positions such as Chief Growth Officer at Refound and Marketing & Communications Director at North Star Fund. Lem’s educational background includes Graduate Studies in Philosophy from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from San Diego State University.
