Simone L. currently serves as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Brighton & Hove Museums since October 2022. With extensive experience in marketing and fundraising, Simone has been freelancing since 2000. Previous roles include Director at both on agency (October 2012 - October 2022) and Bona Vada Ltd (September 2009 - October 2022). From 2003 to June 2013, Simone was a Director at Our World Our Say, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals in decision-making processes that impact their futures. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Direct Marketing Officer at Samaritans from 1995 to 2000.
