From managing and directing a team at Euroafrick Technology SARL to representing a pro-audio manufacturer at TSA-sound, Martinez has displayed strong leadership and technical skills throughout their career. Currently, as a Supervising Technician at Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival, Juan-Carlos continues to provide technical support for a variety of events and manage a team of technicians.
