Jim Trousdale is a seasoned professional in the construction and mortgage industries, currently serving as Corporate Controller at Brightland Homes since April 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Gehan Homes, where Jim held positions as Controller for Homebuilding Operations and Assistant Controller from October 2010 to April 2023. Prior to that, Jim worked at Bank of America Home Loans / Countrywide as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Account Executive, and served as Project Manager at David Weekley Homes.
