Odarka Hlushko started their career as an Assistant Account at PE "IMI" from August 2006 to December 2012. Odarka then moved on to PROGRESSTECH-UKRAINE, where Odarka worked as an HR Admin/Recruiter on the Boeing project from June 2014 to June 2018. Currently, Odarka is working at Brightgrove as the Recruiting Director, Europe and Recruitment Lead since June 2018. Odarka holds a Master's degree in business economics from KNEU.
