Marcy Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer fulfillment, administrative management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Fulfillment Associate at BrightFarms since December 2020, Marcy also holds past roles as Administrative Manager and Administrative Assistant within the same company. Prior to this, Marcy worked at Northern Illinois University as an Office Manager from May 2013 to December 2020, and at Walmart as a Customer Service Manager from August 2009 to January 2013. Early career experience includes a position as a Human Resources Assistant at Plews and Edelmann from September 2003 to August 2005.
