Mariana Espinosa began their work experience in 2010 as an Assistant at the Secretaria de Cultura del Estado de Jalisco. From October 2010 to May 2011, they worked as a Servicio at the Feria Internacional del Libro de Guadalajara. In January 2012, they became a Coordinador de Mercadotecnia at Parabancos.com, where they were responsible for online marketing activities and email campaign deployment. From October to December 2012, they worked as a Student Buyer at Flextronics, resolving material challenges and procuring inventory for the production line. From March 2013 to August 2015, they held the role of Marketing Operations Analyst at HP, focusing on lead management, data analysis, and reporting. In August 2015, they transitioned to the role of CRM Marketing Specialist at HP, where they improved lead assignment turnaround times and acted as a Subject Matter Expert for the Lead Management team. In December 2019, they joined Brightcove as a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, where they manage marketing automation, account-based marketing, and deployment of conversica virtual assistants.
Mariana Espinosa obtained their degree in Lic. en Mercadotecnia (Strategic Marketing and Advertising) from Universidad de Guadalajara, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
In addition to their academic education, they have obtained several certifications. Mariana received the ZoomInfo Certification for Marketing from ZoomInfo in September 2021. In October 2019, they completed a certification in Learning Data Governance from LinkedIn, and in February 2019, they received a certification in GDPR for Marketers, also from LinkedIn.
Furthermore, Mariana has a certification in "Certificaci¨®n de publicidad en b¨²squedas" from Google, which they obtained in September 2017. Mariana has also completed the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Essential Training from Lynda.com in July 2017 and the Creating your personal brand course from the same platform in February 2017.
