Erica Landry Scheik has extensive experience in brand and marketing leadership roles. Erica currently serves as the VP Acquisition Marketing, Brand, Content and Creative at Bright Horizons, where they lead the Brand and Marketing team to drive revenue growth and engagement through programmatic marketing campaigns. Prior to this, Erica was the Chief Brand Officer/Advisor/Senior Marketing Leader, overseeing the Care.com brand and scaling it from early-stage through IPO to a successful exit. Erica has also held roles as a VP Director of Creative Strategy at Jack Morton Worldwide, Creative Director at Staples, and Creative Director at Upromise. With a background in copywriting, Erica has worked at Digitas as a Sr. Copywriter and also gained experience as a Freelance Food Critic for Where Magazine, Boston. Additionally, they have worked as an Associate Creative Director at Mann Bukvic Gatch and started their career as an Editorial Assistant at Houghton Mifflin Co, Trade Division. Throughout their career, Erica has demonstrated a strong ability to drive brand strategy, develop impactful marketing campaigns, and create breakthrough work.

Erica Landry Scheik attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a BA, cum laude, in English. In addition, from 1987 to 1988, they studied at Swansea University and obtained a Diploma in English with Merit.
