Laura Mullineaux currently serves as the Director of Quality at Bright Futures Care since October 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Routes Healthcare, including Director of Service Improvement and Head of Service Improvement from September 2019 to December 2022. Laura's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Care, Head of Quality, and National Support Manager at Helping Hands Homecare from May 2018 to September 2019. Laura also worked at Right at Home as National Quality Manager from October 2016 to May 2018 and spent over five years at Leonard Cheshire Disability, where positions included Business Manager and Service Manager from July 2010 to November 2015.
