Ashley Roberts, MA, BCBA, LBA-VA, is a highly experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis and special education. Currently serving as Executive Director of Clinical Services at Bright Achievements since May 2021, Ashley has also held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of Clinical Services for the NJ Division and Assistant Clinical Director. Prior experience includes working as a Behavior Specialist at Morris-Union Jointure Commission and as a Special Education Teacher at both Morris-Union Jointure Commission and Bernards Twp Public School. Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgian Court University, as well as graduate coursework towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Florida Institute of Technology.
