Scott Payne, PhD, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process management and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Manager at Brigham Young University since October 2003, Scott has successfully implemented robotic process automation solutions and led the NetSuite implementation for the Office of IT. Prior roles at Brigham Young University include Information Technology CFO/Controller and Associate Controller for Continuing Education, where responsibilities encompassed strategic financial management and operational improvements. Previous experience includes ownership of Emerald Business Technologies, IT Consulting Manager at Keegan, Linscott & Kenon, P.C., and leadership roles at First Internet Alliance and Naughton's Plumbing Sales Co.
