Shannon Weiss has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Senior Administrative Director of Plastic Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital since May 2010. Previous roles at Brigham and Women's include Administrative Director of Transplant Surgery, Senior Program Manager for Surgical Services, and Senior Consultant for Quality Programs. Prior to this, Shannon held an MBA intern position in Radiology at Lahey Clinic and worked as a Registered Nurse at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Additionally, Shannon served as a CPR Instructor at Ingham Regional Medical Center. Shannon holds a BSN in Nursing from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
