Emily Hagens DNP, MBA, RN, OCN is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in oncology nursing and leadership. From October 2019 to January 2024, Emily served as the Nurse Director of Oncology at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Prior to this role, Emily worked at UChicago Medicine from October 2013 to October 2019, holding positions as Patient Care Manager, Assistant Patient Care Manager, and Staff Nurse in the Hospitalist Medicine and Oncology departments. Previous experience includes serving as a Staff Nurse at Loyola Medicine and an intern at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. Emily's educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from MGH Institute of Health Professions, an MBA from Boston University, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nurse Specialist & Health Systems Management from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing & Business Management from Simmons University.
