Nilesh Roy is a seasoned professional in design and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Brigade Group since April 2023, overseeing a team of 20 designers and 20 operations personnel. Nilesh's experience includes a product management role at Livspace, where the focus was on developing products for interior materials, and prior positions as Senior Category Manager and Territory Manager, responsible for launching and managing custom services and project delivery processes. Nilesh has also worked as Senior Associate Architect at WeWork, designing co-working spaces, and held various architectural roles at Espace and Larsen & Toubro, contributing to large-scale projects including the “Statue of Unity.” Nilesh earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
