Gouery Matthieu has been a member of the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris (BSPP) since June 2005, currently serving as Chargé de pilotage in the logistics section of the support and rescue group. Gouery has held various leadership roles within BSPP, including chief of the medical secretariat group, experienced duty chief, duty chief, head of professional training and asset management group, and leader of a six-person equipment team. In addition to the work at BSPP, Gouery has been the responsible duty officer at SDIS de l'Oise since January 2016. Gouery completed education at Lycée Militaire d’Autun from 2002 to 2004.
