Elanore Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elanore started their career as a Legal Intern at the Reinsurance Association of America in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Field Manager and Canvasser at Grassroots Campaigns. The following year, they served as a Family Outreach Intern at the Treatment Advocacy Center. In 2020, Elanore joined TurnUp Activism, first as a Team Lead and later as a Training Program Director. Elanore continued to work with TurnUp Activism until 2021. In 2021, they became an English Language Teaching Assistant at the MINISTERE DE L'EDUCATION NATIONALE ET DE LA JEUNESSE. In 2022, Elanore transitioned to a Training Coordinator position at Westcon-Comstor. Currently, they are working as a Community Experience Associate - Expansion at Brigad, starting in March 2023.

Elanore Fuller obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from McGill University, where they attended from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) from LivingWorks in January 2020.
