Charles Anouma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charles currently works at Brigad, starting in 2021. Their roles at Brigad have included Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead, Senior Business Developer, and Junior Business Developer. Prior to joining Brigad, Charles worked at ARGO Augmented Reality from 2018 to 2020, where they held the position of Business Developer and was responsible for sales development, product demos, commercial negotiations, and prospecting at trade shows. Charles also worked at LONACI in 2018 as a Communication & Digital Assistant.

Charles Anouma completed their Master's in Management from NEOMA Business School between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended IPECOM from 2015 to 2017 where they took classes preparatory to higher education programs (Classes préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles). In addition, they obtained certification in "Ramp For Success | Préparation du projet" from Akimbo in June 2022.
