Agathe Elloy started their work experience in 2012 as a Traiteur Evénementiel apprentice at Potel et Chabot. Agathe then worked as an Extras at Maison Lenôtre in 2013 and as a Pâtissière at Pâtisserie Gérard Mulot in the same year. In 2014, they became a Pâtissière at L'ECLAIR DE GENIE - FRANCE. Agathe worked as a Vendeuse at Angelina Rivoli from 2015 to 2016, and as an Assistant Manager at the same company from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Agathe was the Deputy Manager at CAFE POUCHKINE. In 2019, they became the Maître d’hôtel at Buddha-Bar Hotel Paris. Agathe worked as a Chargée d'affaires at SQUARE'S INTERNATIONAL from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Business Developer at Brigad.
Agathe Elloy attended FERRANDI Paris from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a CAP pâtisserie (pastry) degree and also obtained a Mention complémentaire Traiteur (additional mention in catering). Agathe'sprimary field of study during this period was pastry.
