Cindy Loi is currently a part of the Technology Team with a focus on Tech Donation Drives at Bridging Tech. Prior to this, they were an office assistant at De Anza College and a document controller at NPI Solutions Inc.
At De Anza College, Cindy planned and ensured successful execution of student application process with hundreds of students on a daily basis. Cindy also identified and contacted job candidates through telephone for interviews. Cindy selected, trained, and coached new employees on how to interact with students and accelerated performance at individual and group levels. In addition, they held key responsibility of ordering departmental verification forms and supplies, developed workplace learning environments, and maintained hardware and equipment to maximize productivity.
Some of their key achievements include gathering and managing sensitive financial and confidential information with integrity and utmost secrecy as well as building strong rapport across departments and encouraging teamwork to ensure projects and mission completion.
Cindy grew up in the Bay Area and completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology at San Jose State University. After working in customer service and human resources for a few years, they decided to pursue a career in UI/UX design and UX research. Cindy enrolled in Springboard's online course and received certifications in UX design and Sketch from LinkedIn.
