Cameron Lester is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at McKinsey & Company since January 2021 and also as a Mentor at Bridging Barriers since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at EY from September 2017 to January 2021 and work as a Rider at Deliveroo from September 2016 to September 2017. Cameron began a career in advisory with an internship at EY in June 2015, supplemented by work experiences at The Boston Consulting Group, Diageo, Farm Africa, J.P. Morgan, and ICAP, dating back to 2011. Cameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Jesus College Oxford, completed in 2016, following education at Eltham College.
