Emma Felty is an experienced educator currently working as a Teacher at Bridgeway Academy since November 2019, where responsibilities include tracking behavior, educational, and IEP data, as well as writing lesson plans with necessary modifications for individual student needs. Prior to this role, Emma held positions as a Sales Associate at Kate Spade Outlet, and as an Intramural Supervisor Intern at Ohio Wesleyan University, where management of the Intramural Program involved hiring referees and coordinating schedules. Additionally, Emma completed an internship at Recovery and Prevention Resource, assisting in the organization of educational sessions for students. Early work experience includes serving as a Rehab Technician at The Laurels, focusing on patient file management and therapy documentation. Emma is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Cincinnati, building on a Bachelor's degree in Psychology obtained from Ohio Wesleyan University.
