Lance Harden is the current Head Cross Country Coach at Bridgewater College, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Lance served as Head Coach at Stevens Institute of Technology from August 2018 to June 2022 and as Assistant Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Emory University from June 2014 to August 2018, alongside a similar role at Williams College from July 2011 to June 2014. Early coaching experience includes a volunteer assistant position at Davidson College from July 2010 to June 2011 and an assistant track & field coach role at Northwood High School in early 2010. Lance's background also includes positions in operations management at Davidson College, leadership at the US Census Bureau, and providing therapeutic support to children with autism. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Davidson College, completed in 2009.
