Khia Kurtenbach is an experienced investment associate currently working at Bridgewater Associates since September 2018, following an internship with the same firm in 2017. Prior to this, Khia gained research experience as an undergraduate research assistant at De Pablo Lab Group, focusing on the optical properties of soft matter and their applications, and at Dockendorff Lab Group, where efforts included optimizing reagent ratios and synthesizing medicinal chemistry compounds. Khia holds a bachelor's degree in Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago, earned in 2018.
