Todd Thiel is a seasoned cybersecurity and IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Bridgestone Americas since December 2011, currently serving as Director of Cybersecurity - Identity & Access Management. Previous positions include Director of IT Service Management Office, Director of the Office of the CIO, and Senior Manager of Enterprise Client Support & Technology, focusing on aligning IT services with business needs, overseeing project and vendor management, and ensuring comprehensive support for end-user technology. Prior to Bridgestone, Todd held multiple management roles at American Electric Power, contributing to IT delivery, support management, and service desk operations, and also served as Production Support Manager at Qwest Communications. Todd's career began with military service as a Captain in the United States Army, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
