Ben Webb is currently the Executive Assistant, Investor Relations at Bridges Fund Management. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Project Manager at The Nuffield Foundation from January 2016 to October 2016. From November 2014 to December 2015, Webb was the Recruitment & Talent Specialist at Chugai Pharma UK Ltd.

Webb began their career at Anthony Nolan in February 2009 as the Internal Communications Manager. Ben remained with Anthony Nolan for five years before moving on to Paines Plough in January 2009 where they served as the Assistant Director for one year. In April 2007, Webb took on the role of Project Administrator at Shelter UK where they administered implementation of a complex organisation-wide IT project.

Ben Webb has a Master's degree in Gender, Media & Culture from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Bachelor's degree in Drama from the University of Bristol, and A Levels in Sociology, English Literature, and Theatre Studies from Billericay School.
