Robert has over a decade of experience in the IT industry. He started with Bridgehead IT as a Field Services Specialist and moved into his current role of Field Services Supervisor in 2016. As a Field Services Supervisor, Robert acts as an escalation resource for the Field Services Department and assists as a technical resource on the project team. Robert has an Associate Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security.
