Phil also contributes as a Board Member of OWL Services, overseeing a large network of field service professionals. Phil's tenure as President & CEO of Southwest Border Partners and Board Member at Summit Companies reflects a strong background in safety services, while previous roles at Material Handling Services and The Miner Corporation demonstrate expertise in industrial facility management. Phil holds a degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1976 and 1981.
