Huma Wadood is a seasoned UX Director with extensive experience in user experience design and management. Huma's career includes roles such as Assistant Director of User Experience at Bridgecrest, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ladies that UX in Dallas, and Senior Initiative Designer in the C1 Innovation Lab at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Previously, Huma held multiple positions at JCPenney, including Senior UX Design Lead and Interaction Designer on the Mobile Team. Additionally, Huma contributes as a writer for UX Collective. Educationally, Huma holds a BFA in Communication Design from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Applied Graphic Design Technology from Collin College.
