Emily New-Cruse is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee onboarding. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM) since July 2021, Emily previously held the title of Senior Coordinator of Talent at the Relay Graduate School of Education from December 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes and enhancing the employer brand on social media. Emily's earlier roles include serving as an English Communications Intern for the Press Office of the Autonomous Province of Trento and as an Educational Coordinator for Madison Equality at James Madison University, where significant contributions were made to LGBTQ+ education and diversity initiatives. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Political Science focused on European Union Policy Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from James Madison University.
