Stephanie Wilkes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Stephanie currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Ruiz Foods since February 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sheetz since November 2018 and at Rogers Sugar Inc since December 2018. Stephanie also has extensive experience in consulting as a Consultant at Bridge Partnership since May 2018 and as the Founder of Wilkes Coaching and Consulting since January 2018. Stephanie has held leadership roles at Mondelēz International, including as the President of Global Gum and Candy from August 2014 to May 2018. Stephanie has also worked at Kraft Foods, where they served as the Vice President of NA Confections from August 2011 to October 2013, as the Vice President of Marketing at Kraft Foods International from 2007 to 2011, and in marketing roles at Kraft Foods Canada from 2001 to 2007.

Stephanie Wilkes earned a Bachelor's of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992. Stephanie later obtained a Columbia Coaching Certification from Columbia University. Additionally, in May 2017, they obtained a certificate of continued board education from The ExecRanks.
