Connie Tang currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Connie Tang worked at Eden Housing, Inc. from July 2016 to April 2024, advancing from Asset Manager to Senior Asset Manager and then to Associate Director of Asset Management. Before joining Eden Housing, Connie Tang was with the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation from July 2008 to July 2016, fulfilling roles such as Operations Manager, Yardi Specialist, and Property Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Development Surveyor at Knight Frank from June 2006 to April 2008, focusing on property valuation and negotiations on land-related matters. Connie Tang began the professional career in the HKSAR Government, first as an Estate Surveying Graduate and later as a Valuation Officer. Connie Tang earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2001.
