Yuan Tian is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at Bridge since October 2024, Yuan previously worked at The General Partnership in a Talent and Growth capacity from July 2021 to October 2024. Additional experience includes being an Angel Fellow at On Deck from March 2022 to March 2024, and serving as the Head of Talent at Ethos Life between February 2019 and November 2020. Earlier roles include Senior Recruiter at Particle (2017-2019) and Research Analyst at Korn Ferry (November 2014 - October 2015), where support was provided for the Life-Science, NGO, and FMCG practices. Education includes a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Liverpool, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
