Ben O'Neill currently serves as Business Development & Operations at Bridge since October 2023. Prior experience includes VP of Business Operations at Chaos Labs from April 2022 to May 2023, and VP - Business Development & Operations at Messari from October 2018 to April 2022, where also held the position of Head of Business Development & Operations. O'Neill was Principal - West Coast Advisory at Satis Group from December 2017 to July 2018 and an Advisor at The Argon Group for a brief period in 2017. Previous roles include Capital Markets & Special Projects - Senior Associate at Uber from August 2015 to August 2017, and Investment Banking Analyst - Technology M&A at Deutsche Bank from July 2014 to August 2015, contributing to significant deals such as advising Avago on the $37 billion acquisition of Broadcom and Vitesse on the $400 million sale to Microsemi. O'Neill holds a BBA in Finance & Chinese from the University of Notre Dame and completed an intensive study abroad program in Chinese Language and Culture at Peking University.
