Rhonda Bass is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software solutions, technical support, and product management. Currently serving as VP of SaaS Solutions at Direct Communication Solutions since May 2024, Rhonda previously held the position of Sr. Director of Emerging Solutions at the same company from February 2021 to March 2024, focusing on the commercialization of products and services. Prior to that, Rhonda worked as a Sr. Field Applications Engineer at Telit, specializing in customer software design and system development. Rhonda's career at Direct Communication Solutions began in 2011, where roles included Director of Solution Engineering and Technical Services and Senior Solutions Engineer. Earlier experiences include roles at Franklin Wireless as Technical Program Manager and at GreatCall as Product Manager. Rhonda's educational background includes a BS in Computer Science from California College San Diego.
