Blake Gaudaur is an experienced brewing operator currently employed at Carlsberg Group since 2023 and at Waterloo Brewing since September 2021. Previously, Blake served as an assistant brewer at Publican House Brewery and held various roles, including associate at Port Hope Golf & Country Club and general merchandising at PepsiCo. Blake's earlier experience includes being a kitchen manager at Olympus Burger and a rink attendant with the Municipality of Port Hope. Blake's educational background includes studies at Niagara College from 2019 to 2021.
