Richard McIntosh is a seasoned operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for the Northern Region at Brian Perry Civil since August 2023, Richard previously held the position of General Manager of Major Projects at Watercare Services Limited, where Richard contributed to organizational strategy and stakeholder engagement. As a founding board member of the Urban Development Institute of New Zealand, Richard has been influential in advocating for the development sector. Prior roles include Chief Operations Manager and Executive Director at Harrison Grierson, and various engineering positions at Watercare Services Limited, Grontmij, and MWH Global, following a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honours degree from the University of the West of Scotland and advanced management education from prestigious institutions including the New Zealand Institute of Management and Melbourne Business School.
