Adam Plimmer currently serves as the Central North Island Regional Manager for Brian Perry Civil, a position held since August 2015, overseeing expansion into the Taranaki, Gisborne, and Hawkes Bay regions. Previously, Adam was the Regional Manager for Waikato & Bay of Plenty, leading teams and building client relationships. Adam is also a Director at Shimmer Investments, managing an investment property portfolio and engaging in property development since December 2003. Prior experience includes roles at Piletech where responsibilities spanned Operations Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as Power Generation in the Maldives. Adam began their career at The Fletcher Construction Company Limited and INTASPAN LIMITED, focusing on engineering and management of specialized construction projects. Academic credentials include a Diploma in Management Excellence in Engineering & Construction from the Institute of Management New Zealand and a BSc in Construction from Sheffield Hallam University.
