Alexa Frank is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in case management and rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Case Manager at BRIA Health Services since January 2023, Alexa previously held similar roles at SRZ Management "Reach LTC" and has a strong background as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with HealthPRO Heritage.
